A Ministry of Presence and Support

The church is called to stand beside the vulnerable. The Autism Advocacy Network is a ministry equipping families affected by autism with knowledge, advocacy, and community so they no longer walk alone.

Our Biblical Foundation

"Speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves, for the rights of all who are destitute. Speak up and judge fairly; defend the rights of the poor and needy."

Proverbs 31:8-9

"Learn to do good; seek justice, correct oppression."

Isaiah 1:17

These verses shape our mission. The logo itself, with four hands forming the outline of a cross, symbolizes the unity and faith at the heart of this work.

Partner With Our Ministry

By partnering with us, your church becomes a place of refuge and strength for families affected by autism, living out the mission to seek justice and show mercy in a tangible way.

Prayer Support

Commit to lifting families affected by autism in prayer and keeping the mission of advocacy in front of your congregation.

Volunteer Advocates

Identify and train members to become advocates who can accompany parents to school meetings, offering support and encouragement.

Financial Giving

Help seed and sustain the ministry through offerings, designated gifts, or by sponsoring specific workshops or family events.

Ministry Integration

Host parent workshops, family nights, or support groups in your church spaces, becoming a hub of resources and fellowship.

Creating Welcoming Spaces

Autism-Friendly Services

Many families affected by autism withdraw from attending church because traditional services can be overwhelming. Our ministry partners with churches to host dedicated "Autism-Friendly" services.

These services are designed to be welcoming, with adjustments like lower lighting, no sound amplification, and replacing singing with quieter forms of worship. Together, we can create a space where every family feels the peace and love of Christ.

How Your Members Can Serve

Trained Advocates

After receiving training, volunteers can accompany parents to IEP meetings, serving as a calm and supportive presence.

Event Support

Assist in hosting and organizing family fellowship events, creating a welcoming atmosphere where children are embraced.

Prayer & Encouragement

Offer vital prayer and emotional support for parents, especially during stressful seasons of diagnosis or school transitions.

Become a Founding Partner

The Autism Advocacy Network is a response to God's call in Isaiah 1:17. We invite your church to prayerfully consider becoming a founding partner to help us shine the light of Christ into spaces where families often feel overlooked.
